About me

Hi,I graduated from Middle East Technical university (the best university of Turkey, according to Times ranking) in 2014. I acquired my bachelor's degree in English. In October, 2014 I started to work in telecommunications company Eurodesign CSC as Project Manager Officer, at the same time I was sent to BEGOC to work in the project First Baku European Games on behalf of Eurodesign. I started to work at Technology department of the commitee, in Fixed Telecom. My position was Services coordinator and then, Support engineer. I was working with Microsoft SCSM program, was monitoring and handling incident and services request tickets and communicating with customers and engineers regarding cabling, IP telephony and Network issues. As new venues were set, some problems could take place during the routine works. I was handling the issues by coordinating respective teams of engineers. Also I was assisting to Services manager in collecting required information regarding our subcontractors KATV and BTRIB, in communicating customers, in organizing and updating project documentation. I was meeting Technical specialists and engineers of BTRIB and KATV to resolve ongoing issues and was assisting to Services manager in preparation of all required documentation for collaborative work for project. I was assisting to HSE manager in preparation and delivery of short presentations about Health and Safety rules to representatives of subcontractors KATV and BTRIB. As European Games was held in Baku for first time, foreign Project specialists were invited to work at the commitee. So this gave me an opportunity to work with experienced Senior and Project managers, to learn a lot from them. This was a great project where I had to use my language skills, I was using English, Russian and Turkish while working with foreigners. We worked for one project and I had chance not only to improve my manager skills but also learn to manage my time, because we had to deliver the equipment to venues in very short periods of time with harsh deadlines. Also I had to prepare reports of work delivered by Fixed telecom on daily, weekly and monthly base. As you can see from all listed, that coming from different background is no problem for me, I can learn fast and apply all my skills in required way.
